If you are not satisfied with your Stadium Sports purchase, you
may return items in the original, unused condition (including packaging
and tags) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
Note: Custom garments cannot be returned to any stores.
To Return an Item Purchased on shop.stadiumsports.org:
1. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 736-5541
to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
2. Place the return merchandise back in its original packaging (poly-bag,
box, etc.). If the original packaging isn't available, please wrap
each item in a plastic bag or re-sealable plastic bag to protect it
during shipping.
3. Place a copy of your original packing slip indicating the Return
Authorization Number and merchandise in a sturdy carton or mailing
envelope and be sure to seal it well.
4. Address the return to the following address, clearly indicating
the Return Authorization Number on the address label.

If you've misplaced your Packing List or original Invoice, please
include a document with your returned item(s) that includes: your
full name, email address, order number and the name/style number of
the item(s) you're returning. If you can't find your order or style
number, you can access this information on the My Account section
of this site.
Refund policy
All refunds will be issued to the credit card account used for the
original purchase. We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card
for the price of any item that you return if your return is received
within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are returning a gift,
we will refund the credit card used by the purchaser. We do not offer
store credit at this time.
Return Notification
You will receive an email notifying you that your return has been
processed and the proper account was credited. You should expect the
credit to appear in your account within 30 business days after we
have processed your return.
To Return a Defective Item Purchased In a Store
If you have purchased a Stadium Sports item and found the product
to be defective, we will gladly provide an equitable replacement.
Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-736-5541 and
request a . After you receive these, please mail the defective item
to us at the address provided on the form. Stadium Sports will gladly
exchange any defective merchandise if notified within thirty (30)
days of the original order date. Please contact our Customer Service
Department at (800) 736-5541 to request a Return Authorization Number
and follow the return instructions as indicated above. Replacement
garments will be shipped within two weeks of the receipt of any defective
merchandise indicating a valid Return Authorization Number. Once we
receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect it to determine
if it has a manufacturing defect. If the product is deemed defective,
we will send your replacement within two weeks Please note that we
accept no more than two garments at any time unless an accompanying
receipt for the purchase is provided.
